Our Commitment

SPARTAN NATION is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all players, coaches, parents, and spectators. Everyone involved is expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and integrity.

Players

• Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees.

• Follow instructions and play safely within the rules.

• Attend practices and games prepared and on time.

• No fighting, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Coaches

• Promote safety, skill development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

• Serve as positive role models.

• Respect referees and league rules.

• Communicate clearly with players and parents.

Parents/Guardians

• Support all players and encourage positive behavior.

• Respect coaches and referees; avoid sideline coaching.

• Refrain from public criticism or confrontations.

• Ensure children are prepared for practices and games.

Spectators

• Cheer respectfully for all players.

• Follow field and venue rules.

• Avoid offensive language, taunting, or disruptive behavior.

Safety & Health

• Players must wear all required safety equipment.

• Coaches follow concussion and safety protocols.

• Unsafe behavior or conditions must be reported immediately.

Enforcement

• Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from league activities.

• Appeals can be submitted in writing to the League Board within 7 days.
